2. What this designation means

Ultravera Labs sells laboratory research materials. The Research Use Only designation is a condition of browsing this website and of every order. It is not a suggestion, a label style, or a disclaimer that can be set aside for a particular customer, product, or order.

Products are not sold for personal use. A product name, strength, vial size, Certificate of Analysis, or Safety Data Sheet does not change the Research Use Only designation and does not describe how a person or animal should use the material.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use, or permit any other person to use, Ultravera Labs products for:

• Human consumption or administration
• Animal consumption or administration
• Diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or veterinary use
• Food, cosmetic, or household use
• Any purpose that would diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease

4. No medical or veterinary advice

Ultravera Labs does not provide medical or veterinary advice. Ultravera Labs does not provide human dosage, animal dosage, administration guidance, injection guidance, human-use reconstitution instructions, cycles, stacking, or therapeutic recommendations.

Support will politely decline requests for that information. Please contact us about orders, shipping, documentation, and lawful laboratory research questions only.

5. Age and purchaser eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to enter this website, create an account, or purchase. Account registration asks for your name, company or organization where applicable, email, phone, address where applicable, and Research Affiliation / Business Type.

Ultravera Labs does not ask customers for treatment information, medical records, or dosage information. Do not send that information to us.

6. Purchaser responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a purchase, import, storage, handling, and laboratory use are lawful for that purchaser’s institution, location, and activity. Materials must be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory or research environment.

Ultravera Labs is located in Massachusetts, USA. Selling a research material does not transfer responsibility for the purchaser’s protocol, institution, or compliance with laws that apply to the purchaser.

7. Acknowledgment

By accessing this site or purchasing products, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Research Use Only nature of all products.

Entry to the site requires an affirmative acknowledgment. It is not pre-checked and it is not accepted for you. Checkout requires a separate, unchecked attestation before an order can be submitted.

3. Research Use Only condition of sale

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 21 years old. Registration collects your name, company or organization where applicable, email, phone, address where applicable, Research Affiliation / Business Type, and a Research Use Only purchaser attestation. The attestation is not pre-checked. An account cannot be created until you check it yourself.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not submit treatment information, medical records, or dosage information.

5. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase laboratory research materials. Ultravera Labs may refuse or cancel an order when the intended use appears inconsistent with the Research Use Only policy, when required information is missing, or when payment cannot be completed. Payment is collected through the methods offered at checkout.

6. No cancellation after payment

There are no cancellations once payment has been processed.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Ultravera Labs ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. There is no international shipping. The primary carrier is USPS.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by the Returns Policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except the eligible claims listed in that policy.

9. Quality statements

Quality, Certificate of Analysis, and Safety Data Sheet statements are governed by the Quality / COA / SDS section. A displayed purity figure applies only as that section describes. Ultravera Labs does not state that every individual vial from every lot is separately analyzed.

10. Support limits

Customer support may help with orders, shipping, accounts, and published documentation. Support will decline requests for human dosage, animal dosage, administration guidance, injection guidance, human-use reconstitution instructions, cycles, stacking, therapeutic recommendations, or medical claims.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site or products in violation of the Research Use Only designation, misrepresent your age or research affiliation, or present Ultravera Labs materials as foods, cosmetics, medicines, or veterinary products.

12. Changes

Ultravera Labs may update these policies by posting a new version on this page and changing the Last Updated date. The version in effect when you acknowledge entry, create an account, or submit an order is the version stored with that acknowledgment.

Shipping Policy

Where Ultravera Labs ships, which carrier it uses, and how processing time is described.

1. Shipping region

Ultravera Labs ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.

No international shipping.

2. Carrier

The primary carrier is USPS.

3. Processing

Processing is generally within 24 business hours.

Qualifying orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day generally ship the same business day.

4. Transit time

Typical USPS transit is approximately 1–3 business days for many destinations.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, rural locations, holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may take longer.

Transit estimates are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete shipping address in a location Ultravera Labs ships to. Orders addressed outside the 50 United States and Puerto Rico cannot be shipped.

6. Research Use Only

Shipping a product does not change its Research Use Only designation. Products remain not for human or animal consumption or administration, and not for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, food, cosmetic, or household use.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except the eligible claims listed here.

3. How to report a claim

Email [email protected] or call 857-656-4063 with your order number and a short description of the defect, wrong item, missing item, or physical damage. A verified product defect must be reported within 7 calendar days. Ultravera Labs may ask for photographs of the item, the label, and the packaging before deciding a claim.

4. Cancellations

No cancellations once payment has been processed.

5. Claims that are not eligible

Change of mind, a completed research use, storage outside your own laboratory controls, and any request based on human or animal use are not eligible claims. Ultravera Labs does not accept returns in order to provide dosage, administration, or therapeutic guidance.

6. Research Use Only

A replacement, if one is issued for an eligible claim, remains Research Use Only. It is not for human or animal consumption or administration.

Quality / COA / SDS

How analytical verification, Certificates of Analysis, and Safety Data Sheets are described.

Ultravera Labs operates a third-party analytical verification program.

2. Frequency and scope

Testing frequency and scope may vary based upon:

• Product
• Supplier
• Lot/batch
• Supplier history
• Quality history
• Available documentation
• Internal risk assessment

3. Qualification and ongoing verification

Initial supplier/product qualification may involve broad testing.

Ongoing verification may involve representative lot/batch testing.

4. Displayed purity results

Where a numerical purity result is displayed, such as ≥98% or ≥99%, that result applies according to the applicable published analytical documentation and tested sample/lot.

Those figures are examples of how a displayed result should be read. This policy does not assign a purity percentage to any product, vial, or lot.

5. What a COA does not mean

A COA DOES NOT mean every individual vial was separately analyzed.

A Certificate of Analysis, when published, describes the tested sample or lot identified in that document. It is not a statement that every vial in every lot was individually tested, and it is not permission for human or animal use.

6. Safety Data Sheets

When a Safety Data Sheet is published for a product, it is a laboratory safety document for that research material. It is not authorization for human or animal consumption or administration, and it is not medical, veterinary, or dosing guidance. If an SDS has not been published for a product, the product page says so. No placeholder SDS is shown.

7. No unpublished results

Ultravera Labs does not invent test results, laboratory names, lot numbers, or purity percentages. Review the applicable published analytical documentation for the tested sample or lot. If a document is not published, it is not implied.

Privacy Policy

What Ultravera Labs collects in order to operate a Research Use Only store, and what it does not ask for.

Information is used to operate the store, create and sign in to accounts, ship orders within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, respond to support requests, apply the Research Use Only purchaser requirements, and keep a record of acknowledgments and attestations.

5. Acknowledgment records

When you choose “I understand & agree — enter site,” Ultravera Labs stores an acknowledgment record and sets a cookie so a normal return visit does not show the entry panel again. The cookie is not set unless you take that action. Choosing Exit does not create an acknowledgment.

Checkout attestation is stored with the order. Account attestation is stored with the account. Neither box is pre-checked.

6. Sharing

Order and address details are shared with the carrier, primarily USPS, to the extent needed to deliver a shipment. Payment details are handled by the payment method you select at checkout. Ultravera Labs does not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Account, order, support, and acknowledgment records are kept for as long as needed to complete orders, maintain Research Use Only compliance records, and meet legal obligations.
